Four Reasons You Should Try Dungeon Leveling
Dungeon leveling came to World of Warcraft with patch 3.3, and it truly is the fastest way to power level your character. The dungeon finder now makes it easy for anyone to find dungeon groups at any time of day. Here are four reasons you should try dungeon leveling.
- More Experience— Instance leveling gets you far more experience than power leveling through solo quests, and there are several reasons for this. First, your down time is kept to a minimum. You’ll get many more average kills per second and spend a lot less time trying to track down your corpse after you die. In fact, you’ll find that you probably don’t die as often because you have four other players helping you.
Completing the dungeon quests is also a very important part of dungeon leveling. Blizzard has increased the rewards you get for running the dungeons, granting double the experience for dungeon quests. It means you’ll have to run twice as many solo quests to get the same amount of experience you’ll get from the dungeon quests.
- Better Rewards— Dungeon leveling also gives you access to much better rewards. You’ll find that the drops you get from killing the bosses inside of the dungeons are much better quality than the drops you’ll get from solo questing. Better gear will make you more powerful, which, in turn, makes power leveling your character even easier. You’ll also find that the rewards for completing dungeon quests are of much higher quality than the rewards you get for turning in solo quests. Instead of gear that’s made up entirely of green items, you’ll have a chance to get the highest quality blue items that are available for your current level.
- More Fun— Instance leveling is also much more fun than playing by yourself. You get a chance to interact with players from other servers and learn how to work as part of a team. Before the dungeon finder, many players didn’t set foot in a single dungeon until they reached level 80. Most of these players got all the way to level 80 without a full understanding of the three roles needed for every group: rank, healer, and DPS, also known simply as damage. Dungeon leveling will truly unlock the fun that was meant to be had by all.
- More Gold— Instance leveling also gives you a great new way to make gold. All of the old gold guides are out of date now that the dungeon finder exists. Sure, you can farm your way to plenty of gold, but dungeon leveling gives you unique access to enchanting materials whenever you happen to have a player who has the enchanting profession. Enchanting materials always bring in gold on the auction house, and rolling to disenchant green items that you don’t need is a great way to get these materials to sell. You also get gold with every single kill, so naturally the amount of gold you make is much higher since you’re killing more monsters per second.

Beginners guide to the Auction House
Dear players, this guide is made in the purpose of helping you out when it comes to the economy in World of Warcraft. You will be able to learn how to use the all mighty Auction House and how to make the best purchase and bargain. Let’s start with the Auction House itself.
Wow’s Auction House has been a subject of envy for all players that were playing other mmorpgs, simply because it was the best made solution for players. Auction Houses or in short AHs can be found only in the capital cities in the old map of Azeroth: Stormwind, Darnassus, Ironforge and Exodar on the Aliance side and Undercity, Ogrimmar, Thunderbluff and Silvermoon City for the Horde side.
How to use the Auction House
Once you get to the AH you should click on one of the Auctioneers. On the left side you will see the categories of items and goods you can search through. By clicking in example on the Weapons you will have listed sub-categories which will of course make your search easier. On the upper frame you will see a text box for the following: Name, Level – Range and a drop down menu where it says All. Depending on what kind of quality item you are looking for you could narrow your search to: poor, uncommon, common, rare or epic items by clicking under the All tab. If you want to search through all you should just leave it as it is and click on the Search button on the right side. Searching through all items is never advisable since there are so many items on the AH and you have a good chance of getting lost. If you know the exact name of the item you are looking for type it in the Name text box and click on Search. The list of all available items currently on the AH will be shown. On the down side you have the link to go to the next page/pages.
There is an option to see how an item would look on you i.e. armor and weapons. Hold CTRL key and left click on the item and you will be able to see it. This option is popularly called “the dressing room”. When buying an item you should make sure to check its price. The Buyout price is the maximum price and by selecting an item and clicking on the Buyout button located at the bottom of the AH window you will be able to purchase an item right away.
The first price that you see is the price that you can bid. You can bid by clicking on the Bid button also located in the bottom of the AH window. If you want to get an item for the cheaper price you should definitely bid but expect that other players will do the same so it can be a long chase. When you bid the amount of gold that you have bid with is taken from you but if somebody outbids you the same amount is returned to you via mail. If you manage to buy the item without being outbid the item will be sent to you also through mail when the time of that particular auction expires.
If you would like to sell an item, click on the Auctions tab on the left side at the bottom of the AH window. Place an item in the Auction item slot; fill in the Starting price and the Buyout price and the check the length of your Auction duration. You can put 12 hours for short, 24 hours for long and 48 hours for very long auction. It is advisable that you check the prices on the same item before you make your own auction, lower your price a bit and then put it on. If the item is sold you will get the gold on your email with a small percentage fee that the AH takes. If the item isn’t sold it will return to you when the auction expires.
You could always monitor your bids and auctions by clicking on the Bids and Auctions tabs.
Horde: How to make gold at low levels for Mining & Herbalism
On low levels making gold will be fairly easy if you choose the right professions. Mining and Herbalism are the two easiest professions one could choose to make some gold. Selling herbs and ore on the Auction House is the best way of getting a nice amount of gold while you are still leveling up. These two professions could be quite useful and still prove to be gold makers even on higher levels. It is advisable to download the Gatherer addon before you start to help you track all the discovered herbs and ores.

Iron ore and Gold ore could be found in the Alterac Mountains. Ashenvale, Desolace, Stranglethorn Vale, Arathi Highliands and Badlands are also goof areas to mine Iron and Gold.
Mithril ore and Truesilver ore can be found in the Thousand Needles – Highperch. For Mithril ore another good place could be Badlands. The best location there is the Lethlor Ravine.
Best spots for Thorium ore and Dark Iron ore are the Burning Steppes and Searing Gorge.

Are You Doing these 3 things Wrong while Leveling?
Leveling in WoW is a time consuming process. Starts off quick then slows down as you gain in levels. Some players might reach 80 in 3 days. 3 DAYS! Amazing. But for the rest of us here are some tips that we could be doing wrong that are slowing us down.
1. Gold Farming – Stop. Stop wasting so much time farming for gold. You are just wasting time and don’t need much until you hit the higher levels. Most of the gold you need can be gathered on quests. If you are still short then use mining and skinning skills to gather as you level.
2. Not speccing your talents – Your talents are a vital part of getting better levels in World of Warcraft. If you really want to level faster you need to spec in a way that will support leveling speed, not tanking or healing. Talk to others and check the wikis to see what specs are best for your class.
3. Not Questing – Always have a quest while you are playing. Quests award huge XP bumps as you gain levels and will help you get higher faster. Make sure to have fun while playing also but doing quests will help out.
If you are doing these 3 things you are wasting time and effort leveling the slow way. Make these changes and you will have a better idea of how fast you will be able to reach 80.

How to Make Gold in World of Warcraft
How to Make Gold in World of Warcraft
In World of Warcraft, gold is important. Without it, you’re really nothing but a skill bar and another name with no mount. Click the link below to learn how make obscene gold and decked out epics in a ridiculously short time
Steps
- Until at least level 40, only choose “gathering” professions. These allow you to collect the materials (“mats”) that other players use to make items. The best professions to harvest these mats are skinning, herbalism, mining and enchanting (for disenchanting). Make sure to also pick up fishing and cooking which do not count against your two-profession limit.
- When you are level 20, your professions should have already made you over 100g, even after you pay for your class skills. Go buy your mount with pride! At this point if you are getting the crafter’s itch, you should pick up a crafting profession such as blacksmithing, leatherworking, alchemy or jewelcrafting.
- Once you hit level 58, make sure to go to the Outlands. Because of the enormous costs for flying mounts, Blizzard designed this Burning Crusade world to make you a lot more gold than you can get from Azeroth. However, at this point it may be better to simply stay in Azeroth until you hit level 60 because Blizzard recently upgraded quest money and exp rewards in Azeroth.
- Once in the Outlands, make sure to begin farming elemental motes. These are used to create primals which are required for Burning Crusade crafting and people pay enormous sums for them on the auction house.
- Go buy items (mostly crafting recipes) with a limited amount from a vendor and sell them for a higher price.
- Rather than spending your money on new items at the AH (auction house), go run an instance, you will get new gear, complete quests, and save plenty of gold.
- Get better gear. Instead of completing every quest you can while in Outlands leveling up, run instances to get better gear, a decent amount of money and save the quests for when you are at level 70 when most quests instead of giving a 2 gold reward will give as much as 12 gold per quest. This is very profitable if you have not completed quests in the higher level zones as you can make close to 1000 gold per zone.
- Auctioning. Get the add-on “Auctioneer” which can automatically tell you the best price to sell anything at the auction house. Then run instances, collecting greed loot and sell them at the auction house. You will find that things like shadowgem and malachite can sell for up to 3 gold each for rich characters who need items quickly.
Tips
- Mounts can now be bought at level 20! Effective from Patch 3.2
- Sell the gray and white items you find to vendors. They are called “trash” for a reason. They are meant to be vendored, and gray/white gear over level 15 will probably not sell on the auction house. Over time this will make you a lot of gold. The addon “Autoprofit” will help a lot with this by automatically vendoring all gray items in your inventory
- Create an alternative character (“alt”) and mail all valuable items (greens, blues, profession materials, cloth, etc.) you find to it. Use your alt to store items (called a bank) and to sell items on the auction house (also sometimes referred to as an “AH mule” or a “bank character”, which are especially useful when your character is far from a major city).
- Invest in big bags such as Netherweave Bags. Having lots of space on your character will greatly increase the amount you can gather (and then sell) on each trip out.
- Make friends in the game and join a guild with helpful people in it! Just like real life, social networking will mean the difference between making one gold or 1,000.
- SELL LOW AND SET A BUYOUT! This cannot stressed enough; always market on the trade channel before putting it on the Auction House, and do not undercut the other auctions, as it will start a bidding war with no winner. Use a mod like Auctioneer to auto set the price to market standards.
- Sell stackable items on the auction house one at a time or in stacks of two or three. Often you will earn more gold by selling 20 individual items than one stack of 20 items. Selling in smaller stacks also both reduces your overall deposit substantially AND reduces your lost money in the event your item does not sell. But please, do not sell a large number (like 50) of the same item one by one. Doing this undermines the price of the item: supply has vastly increased, but demand has stayed the same, so the prices will drop to entice buyers. It is also obnoxious. Holding onto your items for a few days may mean the difference between 50 silver and 5 gold.
- There are other add-ons that can help you make gold in WoW. Auctioneer helps record prices of what items are selling for on the Auction House, and can help you find deals that you can buy and resell for a profit.
- Another add-on that is helpful for gatherers is Cartographer Routes. It plots the shortest distance between spawnpoints of ore or herbs.
- Deviate Fish sell for over 1 gold if you’re a fisher.
Warnings
- Be nice, people would rather buy from a good person than some jerk.
- Do not try to scam other players, this will prevent people from buying from you later on, and may even get you an account suspension or ban. (No it won’t get you banned)
- Respect the Trade channel and do not use channel spam to advertise your items.
- NEVER use “/y” to try and sell, people find it annoying, and if you annoy someone, they will not want to buy from you.
Things You’ll Need
- A little bit of time every day.
- A whole lot of patience.
- A love for the game and desire to succeed.
- Auctioneer Addon (helps a lot).
- Be able to learn how the market on your realm works, and adapt to its changes.

Warcraft Millionaire Reviewed
Warcraft Millionaire, if you have not yet heard of it, is a brand new Gold Making Guide from the only player on earth to reach the 1 million gold mark in the game and probably the richest MMORPG player of all time.
It happens every now and then – someone comes along with an incredible claim and the players (like myself) who have been around for a long time start asking questions. It’s a good practice as it weeds out the people who are only throwing recycled information at us and trying to sell it. Eventually though, especially with a product like Warcraft Millionaire, people have to stand up and share with the world what the new product actually is so that the constant questioning and nay saying can die down.
I’ve had a couple of weeks now with this guide and that time has given me more than enough to share my experiences with Brad Johnson’s new gold making guide. At first, I was skeptical that anyone like Brad Johnson could even exist. He claims that he has made 1 million gold – or to be exact is about to reach 1 million gold for the first time in game history. The claim alone is so outrageous that message boards have been buzzing with activity about it ever since the product was announced and haven’t stopped yet.
Luckily for everyone, Brad has made sure to prove his credentials by posting a video of his millionaire account, complete with all of the characters that have reached the 214,748 gold, 36 silver, 48 copper gold cap that Blizzard has on single characters.
But, I don’t want to just focus on Brad’s accomplishment. I’ll admit I was skeptical, but when I saw his video and read the various descriptions of what you get in this guide, I saw that there was a lot of good information to be had in there. So, I took the plunge and boy am I glad I did.
Warcraft Millionaire is different from every other gold guide for a few good reasons. First, it provides what none of them do – a complete outlook on gold making, as told through the eyes of an expert. Starting with the beginners guide and going through each level of the game to describe how you make gold, even before you reach Level 10, you will not feel left out if you don’t yet have a Level 60+ character in Outland. The Auction guide is among the most thorough and descriptive around, providing in-depth walkthroughs of how to use the Auction, not just like everyone else, but like a professional trader to make thousands of gold a day without spending hours online.
Basically, with Warcraft Millionaire, you’re getting something that very few other players could have written – you’re getting the culmination of years of experience and practice playing the game made possible and it is among the best I’ve yet seen. If you haven’t yet, visit WarcraftMillionaire.com today and read more about this top notch, one of a kind gold making guide.
